Information collected and purposes: To complete ticket booking, ticket issuance and entry verification, and to comply with real-name ticket management requirements, we need to collect, for each person booked, the ID document type, ID document number and name, together with the number of persons booked, booking date, booking time and the contact person’s mobile phone number. The mobile phone number is used for order confirmation, entry notification and contacting you. The ID document number constitutes sensitive personal information and is used solely for real-name ticket purchase and identity verification upon entry; we apply strict protection measures and do not use it for any other purpose.
3. Scope of collection: The above information is necessary to complete a booking. If you decline to provide it, you may be unable to complete the ticket booking and enter the scenic area, but this will not affect your ability to browse other public information on this Website.
(2) Online Message Service
1. Method of collection: The information is actively filled in and submitted by you on the “Online Message” page.
2. Information collected and purposes: To receive and respond to the comments or issues you raise, we need to collect your telephone number (required) and, at your option, your name and email address, together with the content of your message. This information is used solely to communicate with you and provide feedback on the matters raised.
3. Scope of collection: The telephone number is necessary for receiving and responding to your message, while your name and email address are provided voluntarily. If you decline to provide the required information, we may be unable to contact you and provide feedback on the outcome.
(3) Information Necessary to Ensure Service Security
To ensure the normal operation of this Website and to guard against cybersecurity risks, the system may automatically record log information such as your access time, pages visited, IP address and browser type while you use the services.
